if i could rate 0 stars i would. it has been 6 weeks and still have not received item. I was told all parcels have been collected and shipped with australia post. I had received a tracking number on the 5/2/24 and it states it is ready for processing. i have sent follow up emails with no reply. Do not buy from this company. Item is now out of stock on website.
